Configure your phone to access the FONEX network in Azerbaijan. Follow the steps below, then enter the APN settings.
How to set up FONEX APN settings
Open Settings on your Android phone
Tap Connections → Mobile networks (Samsung) or Network & internet → Mobile network (stock Android)
Tap Access Point Names
Tap + to add a new APN
Enter the settings below exactly — leave blank fields empty
Tap the menu icon → Save → select the new APN
Restart your phone to apply the settings
Tap Download Profile below
Open the downloaded file on your iPhone
Tap Allow when prompted
Go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management
Tap the APNConfig.com profile
Tap Install → enter your passcode → Install again
Settings are active — restart if data does not connect
Open Settings on your Huawei device
Tap Mobile network
Tap Access Point Names (APN)
Tap + to add a new APN
Enter the settings below exactly

What are APN settings?
